摘要
人工智能和区块链是数字时代具有典型代表性的数字技术,"人工智能+区块链"将为学术出版领域带来革命性影响.探索将"人工智能+区块链"引入科技期刊出版,提出了"人工智能+区块链"在学术成果版权保护、学术不端行为治理、学术出版同行评议、出版物影响力评价、科研的可重复性、期刊价值功能改造等方面应用的可行性,同时对"人工智能+区块链"技术在科技期刊出版领域应用面临的挑战和应对策略进行了展望.
Abstract
Artificial intelligence and blockchain are typical digital technologies in the digital age,which have exerted revolutionary impact on the field of academic publishing.Through exploring the introduction of"artificial intelligence + blockhain"into scientific and technical journal publishing,it verifies the feasibility of the application of"artificial intelligence + blockhain"in the aspects of copyright protection of academic achievements,governance of academic misconduct,peer review of academic publishing,publication impact evaluation,repeatability of scientific research,and transformation of journal value functions.Finally,it looks ahead to challenges and countermeasures faced by the application of"artificial intelligence + blockhain"technology in the field of scientific and technical journal publishing.
