Practice and Exploration of Homologous Teaching of Coordinated Physical Test Items in College Physical Education Classroom
According to the movement nature of the physical test items,the basic exercises such as movement power,technical promotion,skill assistance and performance improvement have the same overlap,and the homologous factors such as speed,endurance,strength,flexibility and agility were studied.The physical test results were statistically analyzed in the selected class of physical education class and the results were used as reference for the research.Comparing the homologous factors of matching physical test items in the experimental class,the results show that the five physical qualities have been significantly improved:the results of sit-ups,sit-and-bend and standing long jump could be improved by the same teaching factors(P<0.01),but the results of pull-ups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);there is very significant difference in sprint,endurance,speed and vital capacity(P<0.01).The procedure of homologous teaching in class is simple and easy to control the intensity and amount of exercise.In particular,it plays an important role in improving students'physical test scores,and the experimental scores have been substantially improved.Homologous teaching can stimulate the enthusiasm for practice and enable students to participate consciously and actively,which is suitable for promotion and application in other optional courses.
