中药上市企业价值影响因素研究——基于结构方程模型的实证检验

摘要
以上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所上市的中药企业为研究对象,基于结构方程模型,利用 2017-2021 年的财务数据实证分析了中药上市公司企业价值的影响因素.研究表明,中药上市企业的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力和创新能力与企业价值均呈显著正相关.建议中药上市企业优化企业资本结构,提高偿债能力;提高资产管理水平,提高盈利能力;加强资产运营周转速度,提高营运能力;增强核心竞争力,提高发展能力;加强创新意识与研发投入,提高创新能力,从而推动企业进一步做大做强.
Abstract
Based on structural equation model and financial data from 2017 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzed the factors influencing the enterprise value of listed Chinese medicine companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The research shows that the debt paying ability,profitability,operation ability,development ability and innovation ability of Chinese medicine listed enterprises are significantly positively correlated with the enterprise value.It is suggested that Chinese medicine listed enterprises optimize their capital structure and improve their solvency;improve asset management level,improve profitability;strengthen the asset operation turnover speed,improve the operation capacity;enhance the core competitiveness,improve the development ability;strengthen innovation awareness and research and development investment,improve innovation ability,so as to promote enterprises to further grow bigger and stronger.
