Supply Side Reform of Digital Resources in University Libraries Under the Background of New Agricultural Science:Multiple Logic,Realistic Problem and Rational Outlet
In the strategic transformation of libraries,the construction of digital resources is an important content.At present,the contradiction between supply and demand of digital resources is becoming increasingly prominent,forcing digital resources to carry out supply-side reform.Starting from the supply side to promote the optimization and efficient use of digital resource structure is the inevitable requirement of library accurate service.Taking the agriculture related university library in Hunan Province as an example,the paper analyzes the logic of the supply side reform of digital resources in college libraries under the background of new agricultural science,sorts out the problems in the supply of digital resources,and puts forward the rational way out of the supply side reform in a targeted manner,hoping to play a reference role in improving the efficiency of accurate service in libraries,so as to improve the efficiency of accurate service of libraries and promote the transformation and upgrading of libraries.
