Development and Utilization of Flood Disaster Archive Information Resources in Shaoguan Area
Shaoguan is located in the northern part of Guangdong Province,at the southern foot of the Wuling Mountains,in the middle and upper reaches of the Beijiang River.It is connected to the Pearl River Delta internally and borders Hunan and Jiangxi externally,and is an important ecological barrier in Guangdong Province.However,the terrain of the Beijiang River Basin is complex,the water network density is high,the rainfall during the flood season is large,and flood disasters occur frequently,posing great challenges to the flood prevention and disaster reduction work in Guangdong Province.In order to provide scientific and effective flood control decision-making information support for flood disaster management departments,it is necessary to develop and utilize flood disaster archive information resources.By analyzing the characteristics and application value of flood disaster archive information resource management in Shaoguan area,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures.One is to continuously enhance the awareness of the development and utilization of flood disaster archive information resources;secondly,establishing and improving relevant guarantee mechanisms for the development and utilization of flood disaster archive information resources;thirdly,strengthening the construction of a talent team for the development and utilization of flood disaster archive information resources;fourthly,increasing investment in the development and utilization of flood disaster archives;Fifth,strengthening the promotion of the development and utilization of flood disaster archive information resources.
