Although the construction of modern Chinese civilization is the political expression of the new cultural mission of the Communist Party of China in the new era,it is inherently full of the cultural pursuit of the cultural mission of Chinese Communists from generation to generation.As the modern form of Chinese civilization,the modern civilization of the Chinese nation is not only the modern civilization developed on the basis of traditional civilization,but also the modern civilization formed on the basis of Marxism,or the future form of world civilization.The construction of modern Chinese civilization is our new cultural mission in the new era,and the construction of modern Chinese civilization will eventually be implemented to the individual micro level,and its completion direction is the shaping of individual values.The ideological and political theory course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education.As an important ideological and political theory course,the outline of modern Chinese history(hereinafter referred to as the"outline")should undertake the historical mission of constructing cultural value.Therefore,in the current ideological and political education,it is urgent to find the two-way cultural construction of the"outline"course teaching in the"original""foreign""future"so as to realize the connection and mutual learning of the new cultural mission and ideological and political education in the new era.
