Construction of a Symbiotic System for the Integration of Industry and Education in Applied Universities of Eastern,Western and Northern Guangdong:Theoretical Logic,Practical Challenges and Action Paths
With the implementation of pilot projects for the integration of industry and education at the national and provincial levels,as well as the steady progress of application-oriented transformation in local undergraduate universities,the development trend of industry and education integration between locality and higher education institutions is gradually strengthening,and the symbiotic relationship between the two sides is becoming increasingly apparent.In the perspective of symbiosis theory,the integration of industry and education in applied universities in eastern,western,and northern Guangdong forms a symbiotic system through symbiotic units,symbiotic models and symbiotic environments.However,the lack of activation of symbiotic units,insufficient motivation for symbiotic models and unfriendly symbiotic environments are the practical challenges that constrain the effectiveness of industry and education integration in applied universities in eastern,western,and northern Guangdong.In view of the current situation,starting from optimizing symbiotic units,strengthening symbiotic models and improving symbiotic environments,this paper proposes an action path for applied universities in eastern,western,and northern Guangdong to build an integrated symbiotic system of industry and education.
