深化产教融合加快推进现代职业教育改革的路径研究

摘要
针对职业教育产教融合的实施过程中存在产教融合水平不高、人才供给脱节、校企合作机制不健全、内容形式单一、双师型教师队伍建设不完善等问题,建议通过完善体制机制、深化校企合作、优化教育定位、推进职业教育育人方式改革、加强双师型教师队伍建设等路径实现产教深度融合,加快推进现代职业教育改革.
Abstract
In response to the implementation of production-education integration in vocational education,there are problems such as low level of production-education integration,disconnection between supply and demand of talents,imperfect mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,single content form,and imcomplete construction of double-qualified teacher team.It is recommended to improve the institutional mechanism and deepen school-enterprise cooperation,optimize the orientation of educational and promote the reform of personnel structure in vocational education,strengthen the construction of double-qualified teacher team and innovate teaching model to achieve deep integration of production-education,and accelerate the reform of modern vocational education.
