摘要
自我教育是推动大学生成长成才的重要教育手段,大学生通过自我学习、自我批评、自我修养、自我践行及集体自我教育等方式,能激发其内心对自我价值实现的强烈愿望,从而推动其深化自我认识、明确主体需要、优化自我效能、校正行为倾向,激发其成长成才的内生动力.大学生在自我教育过程中要通过强化自我学习,加强自我修养、自我激励、自我批评、自我修正等方式,提高自身全面发展的意识,激发自我实现的高层次需求,增强成长成才的信心,形成积极的行为倾向,用强烈的内生动力推动自我成长为能担当民族复兴大任的时代新人.
Abstract
College students can stimulate their internal drive for growth and self-actualization through self-directed learning,self-evaluation,personal development,practical application,and collective educational experiences.This process facilitates a deeper understanding of oneself,clarification of individual needs,optimization of personal efficacy,and adjustment of behavioral inclinations.By utilizing various channels for self-learning during the course of self-education,students can heighten their awareness towards holistic development.Furthermore,they can cultivate themselves to activate higher-level aspirations for self-realization.Integrating self-motivation with constructive criticism serves to bolster confidence in the journey towards personal growth and achievement.Engaging in group-based introspection also encourages individuals to foster positive behavioral tendencies.
