The Effect of Organizational Support on Preschool Teachers'Career Success in Underdeveloped Regions——The Mediation Role of Job Crafting
Career success can not only reflect employees'work attitude and happiness,but also play an important role in improving organizational management effectiveness.Based on the career construction theory,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 384 preschool teachers in underdeveloped regions in Guangdong.By using model,it was analyzed the impact of organizational support on preschool teachers'career success and the mediating role of job crafting.It is found that the overall level of career success of preschool teachers in underdeveloped regions is low,and there is still a large room for improvement.There are significant positive correlations among preschool teachers'job crafting,organizational support,and career success.Job crafting plays an intermediary role between preschool teachers'career success and organizational support.According to the above results,it is suggested that the kindergarten should strengthen the support for preschool teachers,create a good working atmosphere of mutual trust and mutual assistance,create a space and platform for the remodeling of preschool teachers'work,and enhance the remodeling level of preschool teachers'work to improve the career success level of preschool teachers,and build a stable and high-quality teacher team.
