皖北地区优良石榴种质资源筛选研究

通过对皖北地区 9 种石榴种质资源的生长性状调查及测定,以期筛选出适合当地气候环境、品质更好的优良石榴品种.调查和测定了所选石榴的外部形态特征、单果重、叶片叶绿素含量、果实硬度以及可溶性固形物含量,并对它们进行了多重比较、差异显著性分析、变异系数分析及相关性分析.结果表明 9 种石榴中,青皮糙石榴生长性状最好,生长指标相关数据最高,为优良品种;而黄里石榴、青皮粉 1 号、厚皮玉石籽、红皮粉 1 号 4 个石榴品种生长性状数据值处于中等;大果粉皮、红皮粉 2 号、淮北大青皮、薄皮玉石籽 4 个石榴品种数据值较低.
Screening of Excellent Pomegranate Germplasm Resources in the Northern Anhui Region
By investigating the growth characteristics of pomegranate germplasm resources in the northern Anhui region,we have selected excellent pomegranate varieties that are suitable for the local climate environment and have better quality.This experiment determined the external morphological characteristics,single fruit weight,leaf chlorophyll content,fruit hardness,and soluble solid content of the selected pomegranate varieties.By using multiple comparisons,significant differences,coefficient of variation,and correlation analysis,the overall results showed that the growth characteristics and fruit nutritional composition of Qingpi Cao pomegranate showed the best comprehensive performance,making it an excellent variety with market potential;the comprehensive evaluation of the four pomegranate varieties,namely Huangli Pomegranate,Qingpi Fen 1,HoupiYushi Seed,and Hongpi Fen 1,is average.The comprehensive evaluation of the four pomegranate varieties,namely Da Guo Fen Pi,Hong Pi Fen 2,Huai Bei Da Qing Pi,and Thin skinned Yushi Zi,is the lowest.
