Study on the Traditional Ecological Construction Techniques of Hakka Residential Buildings in Lingnan
Lingnan Hakka traditional residential building ecological construction technique is a kind of traditional construction technique developed by the Hakka ancestors on the basis of inherits the ancient Central Plains building technique and constantly adapts to the harsh hot and humid climate in Lingnan.It covers the clever use of natural materials,highly adaptable structural design and energy saving process systems.This paper discusses the ecological construction techniques such as rammed earth,mud brick masonry,raw pine foundation and brick masonry,analyzes the ecological construction techniques of Hakka residential buildings,and provides reference and enlightenment for realizing environmental protection,green and sustainable development of Lingnan modern vernacular architecture.
