Constructing an Effective,Proactive and Loving Three Times Distribution System Arrangement——Analysis Based on the Widening Income Gap of Residents in Guangdong Province
Narrowing the income gap is one of the important signs of common prosperity,and optimizing the income distribution system is an important measure to narrow the income gap.By analyzing the income data of residents in Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2022,it is found that the income gap between industries is obvious,the disposable income gap between urban and rural residents has widened,and the per capita disposable income gap between the Pearl River Delta and the East and northwest of Guangdong has widened further.This phenomenon is mainly caused by the immaturity of the unified factor market,the insufficient construction of transfer payment and tax system,and the poor incentive of social mutual assistance.In the future,it is suggested that to promote the free flow of factors and strengthen the convergence of rules to increase the primary distribution share,continue the idea of lowering,expanding and increasing,and optimize the redistribution mechanism step by step,and carry forward the virtue of broad aid and good aid,and increase the third distribution,finally form an effective-promising-loving three times distribution system arrangement.
