Hong Qi Piao Piao and the Transmission of Revolutionary Memory of the CPC
Text is an important carrier for constructing and transmitting the revolutionary memory of the Party.After the founding of new China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)took the opportunity of commemorating the 30th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army of China and transmitted the revolutionary history of the CPC through the publication and distribution of the Hong Qi Piao Piao.Based on the historical conditions of the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the actual development of the Hong Qi Piao Piao,the editorial department went through three stages of transmission,from focusing mainly on traditional publishing and distribution forms,to breaking time and space limitations through spatial transmission,and then to creating special distribution offices to solve the bottleneck of series distribution.Four paths of transmitting the memory of the CPC's revolution through text were formed.Through this series of publications,the transmission of revolutionary memories of the CPC not only has the dual functions of preserving history and serving as a political adviser,but also generates practical experience for the CPC to use media to transmit revolutionary memories.
