大多高校在产教融合过程中常因缺乏质量控制方法而导致育人成效不明显、顶岗实习效果不佳、学生留企率不高.六西格玛管理作为国内外企业广泛运用的质量管理技术和战略,可有效帮助高校在产教融合过程中找到不足并加以改进.将六西格玛管理中的DMAIC(Define、measure、analyze、improve、control)模型引入顶岗实习,利用六西格玛工具中的数据分析及QFD(Quality function deployment)驱动,有针对性地找出影响企业和学生双方满意度的关键质量因素,提出改进策略并加以实施,有效促进了学生毕业留企率,从而为六西格玛管理在产教融合质量发展中的应用提供新思路.
Application of Six Sigma Management on Quality Development of Industry-education Integration——Taking the Post Practice in Medical Device Specialty as An Example
At present,most universities often lack quality control methods in the process of industry-education integration,which leads to stagnant education results poor on-the-job internships effect and low retention rate.As a quality management technique widely used by enterprises at home and abroad,six Sigma theory can effectively help colleges and universities find out the shortcomings and improve them in the process of integration of industry and education.Six Sigma technology is introduced into post internship through the DMAIC model by using data analysis and quality tool(QFD)to find out the key quality factors affecting the satisfaction of enterprises and students,and proposes improvement strategies,which effectively promote the employment rate of students to stay in cooperative enterprises.It provides a new way for the application of six Sigma theory on the quality improvement of industry-education integration.
