微课结合对分课堂教学模式在食品生物化学课程的应用探索

在分析食品生物化学课程特点及教学现状基础上,将微课结合对分课堂教学模式在食品生物化学课程进行应用探索.首先分析课程内容,选取重点难点章节录制了 36 个微课视频,再以微课结合对分课堂教学模式进行授课实践,并以蛋白质化学章节为例,阐述了具体的实施过程.结果表明,通过结课考试成绩及学生对教学模式的调查评价,可知微课结合对分课堂教学模式的实施,可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习积极性及学习效率,整体提高教学效果和教学质量.
Exploration on the Application of Micro-lecture Combined with PAD Class Teaching Mode in Food Biochemistry Course
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and teaching status of food biochemistry courses,the application of micro-lecture combined with PAD class teaching mode was explored in food biochemistry courses.First of all,the course content was analyzed,and the key and difficult chapters were selected and 36 micro-lecture videos were recorded,then the teaching practice was conducted and the protein chemistry chapter was taken as an example to illustrate the specific implementation process.The results showed that through the results of the final examination and the students'investigation and evaluation of the teaching mode,it can be known that the micro-lecture combined with PAD class teaching mode can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve students'learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency,and improve the overall teaching effect and teaching quality.
