摘要

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和SWOT等研究方法对预制菜产业发展的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁等因素进行分析;在此基础上,运用AHP分析法构建判断矩阵,对各层次指标权重进行计算,建立营养健康型预制菜产业发展的战略四边形,从而为营养健康型预制菜产业发展战略提供路径建议.结果表明,预制菜产业发展战略以SO开拓型战略为主,在发展中既要依靠内部优势又要抓住现有机会,借助互联网的便捷、市场需求大,实现推动营养健康型预制菜产业可持续发展.

Abstract

The internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of pre-made food were analyzed by using literature,questionnaire,expert interview and SWOT.On this basis,AHP analysis method is used to construct a judgment matrix,the weights of indicators at each level are calculated,and the strategic quadrilateral of the development of prefabricated dish industry is established,so as to judge the development strategy of prefabricated dish industry.The research results showed that the pre-made food industry development strategy is mainly based on SO pioneering strategy,in the development of not only relying on internal advantages but also seizing the existing opportunities,with the convenience of the internet and large market demand,so as to achieve the sustainable development of pre-made food industry.
