Study on Development Strategy of Nutrition & Healthy Pre-made Food Industry Based on SWOT-AHP
The internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of pre-made food were analyzed by using literature,questionnaire,expert interview and SWOT.On this basis,AHP analysis method is used to construct a judgment matrix,the weights of indicators at each level are calculated,and the strategic quadrilateral of the development of prefabricated dish industry is established,so as to judge the development strategy of prefabricated dish industry.The research results showed that the pre-made food industry development strategy is mainly based on SO pioneering strategy,in the development of not only relying on internal advantages but also seizing the existing opportunities,with the convenience of the internet and large market demand,so as to achieve the sustainable development of pre-made food industry.
