农林院校的行政管理专业长期以来都是乡村治理人才培养的基本力量,也成为此类行业院校公共管理类专业的培养特色.乡村振兴战略的提出和实施为公共管理教育提供了新契机,公共管理教育的新探索也为乡村治理人才培养提供了经验借鉴.仲恺农业工程学院行政管理专业开办以来以实践教学为抓手进行乡村治理人才培养的探索和实践,不仅符合学校的层次与所处行业特点,而且规避了师资薄弱的短板,综合利用校企政社各方面的资源与力量,使学生的整体成才率较高;但如何匹配到真正愿意投身到乡村治理的合适学生,设计出真正适合乡村治理的人才培养方案,在技能培训和理论素养提升中找到平衡点,保持教师们持续投入的积极性,融入新文科发展理念等仍需要在乡村治理人才培养方面的持续关注与研究.
Exploration on Cultivating Rural Governance Talents with Practical Teaching as the Key Point Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
The public administrative major of agricultural and forestry universities has long been a training force for rural governance talents,and has also become a characteristic in such industry universities.The proposal of the national rural revitalization strategy and the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization provide a new opportunity for public administration education,and the experience of exploring public administration education also provides reference for the cultivation of rural governance talents.Since the establishment of the public administration major,practical teaching has been the focus of exploration and practice in cultivating rural governance talents.This not only conforms to the school's level and industry characteristics,but also avoids the shortcomings of teaching staffconditions.It comprehensively utilizes the resources and strength of various aspects of the school's enterprise,government,and society,resulting in a higher overall success rate of students.However,how to match suitable students who are truly willing to engage in rural governance,design talent training programs that are truly suitable for rural governance,find a balance between skill training and theoretical literacy,maintain the enthusiasm of teachers for continuous investment,and integrate the new concept of liberal arts development still require continuous attention and research in the cultivation of rural governance personnel.
