Dilemmas and Changes in the Role of Teachers in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Under the impact of the flood of artificial intelligence,teachers are trapped in role dilemma and confusion.Teacher role construction is faced with the realistic dilemmas of role generalization,role aphasia and role confusion,which are manifested as obvious cognitive conflict of teacher role,weak behavioral intention of teacher role and lack of professional knowledge of teacher role.In the era of artificial intelligence,teachers should become the facilitator of the coordination of the answering machine,,the guide to the student growth,and a cultivator of life consciousness.The relationship between teachers and students should be transformed from antagonism to symbiosis,from teaching to educating,and from becoming oneself to becoming an adult.
