Integration Mechanism of Actor Network Interest Community in the Smart Community Fitness Center Project
The successful practice of the smart community fitness center project is essentially the result of the interaction and game between various heterogeneous actors.Using interview and fieldwork methods,this paper deeply describes the process of creating a community of interest and the integration mechanism of the network of actors in the case.The study concludes that the X street Community Fitness Center project includes multiple heterogeneous actors,including local government,autonomous mass organizations,professional technology companies,and the community public.The local government,as the core actor,effectively balances public and individual interests through the process of setting Obligatory Passage Point(OPP),assigning benefits,assigning tasks and roles,and mobilizing,thus forming a network of actor interest community.However,in practice,there are still"objections"such as alienation of relations among actors,confusion of authority and responsibility,and divergence of interests and values.Therefore,this paper propose to establish an operational mechanism of"leading-cooperating"interaction and cooperation,a collaboration mechanism with clear authority and responsibility,and a motivation mechanism with the goal of benefit sharing,in order to realize the stable operation of the actor network interest community.
