Development and Test of Questionnaire on Social Responsibility Characteristics of Sports Lottery Institutions:Based on the Perception Perspective of Lottery Buyers
Exploring the characteristics of social responsibility of sports lottery institutions based on the perception of lottery buyers is an important topic to adhere to the new development concept of people-centered and promote the high-quality development of sports lottery in the new era.According to the principle of purposive sampling,this study constructs and tests the questionnaire of social responsibility characteristics of sports lottery institutions by one-on-one in-depth interviews with lottery buyers,using grounded theory research methods,coding procedures,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The results show that:(1)The conceptual model of social responsibility characteristics of sports lottery institutions consists of 5 core dimensions,including 21 conceptual categories;(2)According to the qualitative research results,the questionnaire with 21 items in 5 dimensions including relevance,altruistic motivation,commitment,effect and engagement was finally developed through quantitative research methods;(3)The questionnaire has good reliability,validity and model fitting,and can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate the performance of social responsibility of sports lottery institutions from the perspective of lottery buyers'perception.The compilation and inspection of the questionnaire embodies the people-centered development idea of sports lottery in the new era and the relationship between the credibility of sports lottery institutions and social responsibility,and reflects the new requirements of the current economic and social development for the high-quality development of sports lottery in the new era.
