Operational Characteristics,Practical Problems and Optimization Path of Multi-subject Embedded Government Purchase of Public Sports Services
Multi-agent embedding in the government to purchase public sports services has far-reaching significance for building a higher level of public service system for national fitness.By using the methods of literature, logical analysis and dialectical analysis, this study constructed a"structure-behavior-performance"(SCP)market analysis framework for government purchase of public sports services, explored the operational characteristics of the main structure and behavior interaction in the multi-subject embedded government purchase of public sports services, explored practical problems and proposed optimization paths. The study holds that the multi-subject embedded in government purchase of public sports services presents the operational characteristics of the innovative reconstruction of the subject structure, the positive sum game of the subject behavior, and the whole process evaluation of service performance. At the same time, there are practical problems of subject restriction, behavior conflict and performance limitation.Accordingly, the following optimization paths are proposed:improve the main structure that enables the buyer to sink the base, make the provider more efficient, and empower the user;establish the concept of people's well-being,and lead the positive-sum game and win-win behavior of multi-subject;innovative dynamic cycle performance evaluation mechanism of digital,multi-subject and whole process.
