摘要

目的 对一起毒蘑菇中毒事件进行定性,总结处置经验,提出防控对策.方法 通过流行病学调查、临床诊断、蘑菇形态学鉴定及毒性成分分析,并将患者所食蘑菇DNA序列在GenBank中进行比对,确定引起中毒的蘑菇种属及致死成分.结果 引起中毒毒蘑菇为淡玫红鹅膏菌,是山东省内首次发现菌种,其干样α-鹅膏毒肽含量达3 827 μg/g.结论 此次中毒事件是一起由淡玫红鹅膏菌引起的食物中毒,致死成分为鹅膏毒环肽;今后应从摸底菌种分布、建立风险预警机制、加强宣教力度和提升应急处置能力四个方面做好防控工作.

Abstract

Objective To investigate an incident of mushroom poisoning, summarize the experience and promote control strategies. Methods With the methods of epidemiological survey, laboratory diagnosis, species identification and DNA matching in GenBank, and the reasons of poisoning were identified. Results The mushroom that sufferers ate was identified as Amanita pallidorosea, a new species discovered in Shandong Province. The content of a-amanifin was 3 827 μg/g in dried specimens. Conclusions The mushroom poisoning case was caused by Amanita pallidorosea, and the lethal factors were amanitins. In the future, measures for preventing and controlling poisoning should be taken from four aspects, including ascertaining distribution of poisonous mushrooms, establishing an early risk warning mechanism, strengthening health education and promoting emergency response capability.
