Based on different understanding of the relationship among government,family,and market,Danish scholar Anderson categorizes the social welfare systems of Western capitalist countries into three types:social democracy,conservative corporatism,and liberalism.By comparing the characteristics,operational mechanisms,supporting policies,and implementation effects of infant and toddlerchildcare service models in each typical countryunder the three types,based on their beneficial experiences and combing China's specific national conditions,propose the following policy recommendations:promote precise policy implementation and streamline management structure;Strengthen family economic support and attract social forces;Improve the effectiveness of time policies and advocate for flexible vacations.
