Research on the Effect of IBA and Dark Treatment on Walnut Rooting
The effect of IBA and dark treatment on rooting of tssue cultured seedling of walnut ＂Jinboxiang 6＂,the result showed： tissue culture seedling of walnut ＂jinboxiang 6＂ were placed on the medium of 1/2MS added IBA 2.0 mg/L in darkness for 7 days,then light treat,rooting rate can reach 65.56%.
