Impact of Thinning Scheme on Soil Organic Carbon in Spruce Forest
This paper monitored and analyzed the seasonal dynamic change of total organic C ,microbial biomass C in soil in 2 soil layers (0 cm~15 cm, 15 cm~30 cm) after 5 different thinning schemes in Western Sichuan Miyaluo typical ineffi-cient forest area .The results showed that soil total organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon content after 5 thinning schemes were the upper higher than the lower .Observed in four seasons , in the upper and lower soil , total organic carbon both were summer>spring>winter>autumn, the mean total organic carbon content in the soil was F 3>F2>F1>F4>CK.Soil microbial biomass carbon content were autumn >winter>spring>summer. In upper and lower soil , mean soil mi-crobial biomass carbon content was F 3>F2>F1>CK>F4, and the carbon content of soil was the highest in 30%thinning schemes sample plot .
