摘要

在盆栽条件下,设置对照(Z1)、化肥(Z2)、50%化肥+50%猪粪(Z3)、100%猪粪(Z4)共4个处理,研究化肥配施猪粪对青杨扦插苗生长和根系分泌物、根际土养分含量、腐殖质和酶活性的影响规律.结果表明,施肥处理显著提高了青杨扦插苗的株高、地径、根系表面积、总根长和根系体积,提高了其根系分泌物的氨基酸含量、有机酸含量和总糖含量,提高了其根际土的全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量和脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性,提高了青杨根际土腐殖质的胡敏素、腐殖酸、胡敏酸和富里酸含量.综合分析认为,青杨扦插育苗中猪粪添加比例以50%为宜.

Abstract

To study the effects of chemical fertilizer combined with pig manure on the growth of Populus cathayana cutting seedlings,root exudates and nutrient content,humus and enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil,4 treatments including control(Z1),chemical fertilizer(Z2),50%chemical fertilizer+50%pig manure(Z3)and 100%pig manure(Z4)were set up under potted conditions.The results showed that fertilization treatment significantly increased the plant height,diame-ter,root surface area,total root length and root volume of Populus cathayana cutting seedlings.It also increased the total a-mino acid content,organic acid content and total sugar content of root exudates,increased the content of total nitrogen,al-kaline nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and the activity of urease,phosphatase,sucrase,catalase of rhizosphere soil humus,and improved the content of Humic,humic acid,Humic acid and fulvic acid in the rhizosphere soil of Populus cathayana.Based on comprehensive analysis,it was recommended to add pig manure at a ratio of 50%in Popu-lus cathayana cutting seedling cultivation.
