摘要
2022年5月至2023年8月,对山西阳城蟒河猕猴国家级自然保护区内的猕猴资源进行了专项调查,并对其栖息地适宜性进行了评价.调查发现,保护区内现有猕猴共8个种群,数量约1 466只～1 658只.利用MaxEnt模型评价猕猴栖息地的适宜性,ROC曲线中测试集的AUC值为0.74,达到优水平;环境变量刀切法(Jackknife)检验结果表明,河流和道路对猕猴栖息地影响较大.保护区猕猴不适宜栖息地面积约为0.09 hm2,低适宜栖息地面积约为8.91 hm2,中适宜栖息地面积约为4 112.42 hm2,适宜栖息地面积约为1 464.58 hm2,猕猴多出现在适宜栖息地和中适宜栖息地内.
Abstract
From May 2022 to August 2023,a special survey of Macaca mulatta resources in Shanxi Yangcheng Manghe Rhesus Monkey National Nature Reserve was carried out and the habitat suitability was assessed.The investigation found that there were a total of 8 populations of Macaca mulatta in the protected area,with a population of approximately 1 466～1 658.Using the MaxEnt model to assess the habitat suitability of Macaca mulatta,the AUC value of training set in the ROC curve was 0.74 which reaching an optimal level.The Jackknife test results of environmental variables indicated that rivers and roads had a significant impact on the habitat of Macaca mulatta.The unsuitable habitat area for Macaca mulatta in the reserve was approximately 0.09 hm2.The area of low suitable habitat was approximately 8.91 hm2.The moderately suitable habitat area was approximately 4 112.42 hm2.The suitable habitat area was approximately 1 464.58 hm2.Macaca mulatta often appear in suitable habitats and moderately suitable habitats.
