摘要

以福州市绿道白马河段为例,在问卷调查的基础上,运用IPA模型,对福州绿道功能的重要性感知值和绩效性感知值进行比较分析.结果表明,19个指标的重要性感知值均值为3.645 2~4.505 4,说明受访者对绿道功能的重要性期望值较高;绩效性感知值均值为2.7957~3.9140,低于重要性感知值均值,表明受访者对绿道功能的绩效性满意值相对较低.IPA分析表明,受访者对福州绿道的沿线风景、绿道环境、线路设计、路面情况、植物景观、治安、公厕(休息)等服务设施、避雨遮阳、卫生等大部分指标的满意值较高,而对水体质量、历史文化氛围(古建筑)、无障碍设计3个指标的实际满意值较低,绿道管理者应高度重视,并进行改善提升.

Abstract

Taking the greenway of Baima River section in Fuzhou as an example,the IPA model was used to compare and analyze the importance perceived value and performance perceived value of the greenway function in Fuzhou based on a questionnaire survey.The results showed that the mean value of the importance perceived values for 19 indicators was 3.645 2~4.505 4,which indicating that respondents had high expectations for the importance of greenway function.The mean value of performance perceived values was 2.795 7~3.914 0,which was lower than the importance perceived values and indicated that the respondents had relatively low satisfaction with the performance of the greenway function.IPA analy-sis showed that respondents had a high level of satisfaction with most of the indexes of the Fuzhou Greenway,including the scenery along the route,greenway environment,route design,road conditions,plant landscape,public security,and hy-giene most functions such as rain shelter,shading.However,their satisfaction with the 3 indexes of water quality,histori-cal and cultural atmosphere(ancient architecture),and accessibility design was relatively low.Greenway managers should attach great importance to them and make improvements.
