Effects of Rapeseed Cake Fertilizer on the Growth of Transplanted Cornus Alba Seedlings and Soil Fertility in Nursery
Using 1-year-old cutting seedlings of Cornus alba as experimental materials,5 fertilization treatments were set up under field conditions to study the effects of different ratios of rapeseed cake fertilizer on the growth and soil nutrients of Cornus alba transplanted seedlings. The results showed that application of 35%chemical fertilizer+65%rapeseed cake fertilizer significantly increased the height, diameter, root duy weight, stem dry weight, leaf dry weight of transplanted Cor-nus alba seedlings and the organic matter content, alkaline nitrogen content, available phosphorus content, available potas-sium content, urease activity, phosphatase activity, sucrase activity, catalase activity in the nursery soil compared to the treatment only application with chemical fertilizer.Overall analysis showed that it was more appropriate to apply 35%chemical fertilizer+65%rapeseed cake fertilizer when preparing the soil for transplanting seedlings of Cornus alba.
