外源激素及浸泡时间对皂荚嫁接成活及生长的影响

以同一种源的3年生皂荚播种苗为砧木,皂荚优良品种的当年生枝条为接穗,研究了外源激素处理对皂荚嫁接苗成活及生长的影响.结果表明,6-BA浓度为40mg/L~60mg/L、KT浓度为40 mg/L~60 mg/L、IBA-K浓度为30 mg/L~120 mg/L时对皂荚嫁接苗成活及生长的促进效果较好,GA3的处理效果较其他3种激素略差.50 mg/L的6-BA、40 mg/L的KT、120 mg/L的IBA-K组合处理的皂荚嫁接成活率最高,为95.56%,对嫁接苗生长的促进作用最明显,平均苗高比对照增加了 30.48%,平均基径比对照增加了 29.91%.皂荚接穗浸泡时间太短或太长均会影响皂荚嫁接效果,适宜的浸泡时间为5 min~20 min.
Effects of Different Exogenous Hormones Treatment and Soaking Time on the Graft Survival Rate and Growth of Gleditsia Sinensis
To study the effects of exogenous hormone treatment on the graft survival rate and growth of Gleditsia sinensis,3-year-old Gleditsia sinensis seedlings with the same origin were used as the stock and the current-growth branches of the ex-cellent variety were used as the scion.The results showed that 6-BA concentration of 40 mg/L~60 mg/L,KT concentra-tion of 40 mg/L~60 mg/L and IBA-K concentration of 30 mg/L~120 mg/L had a better promoting effect on the survival and growth of Gleditsia sinensis grafted seedlings,while the effect of GA3 treatment was slightly worse than the other 3 hor-mones.The combination treatment of 50 mg/L 6-BA,40 mg/L KT and 120 mg/L IBA-K had the highest grafting sur-vival rate of Gleditsia sinensis which reaching 95.56%.That had the most significant promotion effect on the growth of graf-ted seedlings,which the average seedling height increased by 30.48%and the average base diameter increased by 29.91%compared to the control.The soaking time of Gleditsia sinensis scions whether too short or too long could affect the grafting effect.The suitable soaking time was 5 min~20 min.
