赤霉素对刺槐种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

试验设置赤霉素浓度分别为0.00 g/L(对照)、0.10 g/L、0.25 g/L、0.40 g/L、0.55g/L共计5个处理,研究不同浓度赤霉素对刺槐种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响规律.结果表明,与对照相比,不同浓度赤霉素处理均提高了刺槐种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和相对发芽率,提高了刺槐幼苗的根长、苗高、鲜重、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量,提高了刺槐幼苗植株和根系内的可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和可溶性蛋白含量.综合比较来看,0.40 g/L的赤霉素是促进刺槐种子萌发和幼苗生长的适宜浓度.
Effects of Gibberellin on Seed Germination and Seedling Physiological Characteristics of Robinia Pseudoacacia
5 treatments with gibberellin concentrations of 0.00 g/L(control),0.10 g/L,0.25 g/L,0.40 g/L and 0.55 g/L were set up to study the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia.The results showed that compared with the control,treatment with dif-ferent concentrations of gibberellin increased the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index and relative germination rate of Robinia pseudoacacia seeds.It also increased the root length,seedling height,fresh weight,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content and total chlorophyll content of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings,as well as the soluble sugar content,starch content and soluble protein content in seedlings and roots of Robinia pseudoacacia.Overall,a concentration of 0.40 g/L gibberellin was suitable for promoting seed germination and seedling growth of Robinia pseudoaca-cia.
