Characteristics Analysis of Codon Usage of Rice HKT Gene Family
CodonW software was applied to calculate the nucleotide composition, relative synonymous codon usage and other parameters of rice HKT gene family. The result indicted that codon adaptation index was significantly and positively correlated with FOP and CBI; effective number of codon was significantly and negatively correlated with C3s, G3s, FOP, CBI, GC and GC3s contents. Rice HKT gene family with RSCU > 1 preferred codons ended with G and C.
