以异鳞苔草种子为材料,用无菌培养的方式进行快速繁殖试验.结果表明,最适宜诱导种子萌发的培养基为1/2 MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适宜幼苗的继代增殖培养基为MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适宜诱导生根的培养基为MS+ NAA 0.2 mg/L.
Studies on Rapid Propagation of Carex heterolepis
Aimed at rapid reproduction, the experiment was conducted with Carex heterolepis seeds as the materials through sterile culture. The results indicated that: the media containing 1/2 MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was the most suitable for seed germination; the media containing MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was the most suitable for the proliferation of seedling subculture; the media containing MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L was the easiest to regenerate root for seedlings.
