Effects of seed soaking time, planting temperature, seedling density and harvesting time on the growth and yield of table purposed sprouted buckwheat buds was investigated. Critical measures were proposed for buckwheat production through germination ratio and yield. The results were as following: buckwheat 8 had the largest water absorption and under 10℃ condition the varieties had the highest seed germination percentage, days required to achieve the highest germination rate was under 25 ℃ in the shortest time, buckwheat 1 had the highest yield and the planting density is important to control in a proper range.
