Submerged Fermentation Technology of Edible Fungus and Its Application
Submerged fermentation technology of edible fungus is widely studied and applied because of its salient advantages of short production cycle,large output,high quality and cost-effective.It could be used in wide range of the liquid strains preparation of edible fungus,medicine and health care,food industry,nematode control and antibacterial antiseptic.In this paper submerged fermentation technology of edible fungus and its application were reviewed.Along with the development of modern science and technology,fermentation technology of edible fungus is interdisciplinary with.and penetrated into science of mushrooms and fungus,microbiology,fermentation technology and engineering.Especially promoted by the growth of separation technology of fermented product,the application of edible fungus liquid fermentation technology will develop more extensively and more widely.
