低磷胁迫对玉米自交系及其杂交种苗期生理特性的影响

以玉米自交系Mo17,B73及其杂交种Mo17×B73和B73×Mo17作为试验材料,设正常磷和低磷2种处理水平,对玉米苗期生理指标进行研究.结果表明,低磷胁迫下,玉米叶绿素含量、POD活性、MDA和脯氨酸含量均升高,可溶性蛋白含量下降,SOD活性在玉米自交系中下降,而在杂交种中却升高;各生理指标的耐低磷指数,除SOD活性在杂交种和自交系间存在显著性差异外,其他指标品种间差异均不显著;多数指标耐低磷指数都表现为自交系Mo17最小,杂交种较高.
Influence of Low Phosphorous Stress on Physiological Characteristics of Inbred Line and Crossbreeds Seedlings of Maize
Physiological characteristics of different maize cultivars,including Mo17,B73 and their crossbreeds were investigated when treated with normal phosphorous and low phosphorous at seedling stage.The results were as follows:chlorophyll content,POD activity,MDA and proline content of maize seedlings increased at P deficiency,while soluble protein contents decreased,SOD activity of maize inbred line decreased,and their cossbreeds increased.Low-P tolerant index of other physiological indexes except SOD activity have no significant difference between inbred lines and crossbreeds.But low-P tolerant indexes of lots physiological indexes of Mo17 were the least and those of crossbreeds relatively high.
