Comparative Study on Baked Tobacco Quality in Air Source Heat Pump and Bulk Curing Barn
The curing quality of tobacco leaves was studied in the air source heat pump to reduce the cost of tobacco curing,improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,save energy and improve the efficiency of tobacco baking.The results showed that compared with bulk curing barn,the overall appearance quality is better,the leaf chemical quality was improved to a certain degree,taste is better,the number of aroma matter is much more,the growth of proportion of superior tobacco reached 62.67％,and heat pump bulk curing barn had the advantages of environment protection,lower parching cost and labor intensity,and the energy decline range reached 27.1％.It has extension potentiality and exploriation future.
