空气源热泵烤房与密集式烤房烤后烟叶质量对比

为实现节能、降本、提质的烘烤目标,进一步提高烟叶烘烤效率,对空气源热泵烤房烤后烟品质进行了研究.结果表明,与密集式烤房相比,空气源热泵烤房所烤烟叶整体外观质量较好,烤后烟叶各化学成分更为适宜,口感较好,香气量增加幅度较大,烤后上等烟比例较密集烤房高出62.67%,且具有环保、烘烤成本低和劳动强度小等优势,综合耗能用工成本降幅达27.1%,达到了省工降本的目的,为进一步提高烟叶烘烤效率提供了依据,具有一定的推广潜质和发展前景.
Comparative Study on Baked Tobacco Quality in Air Source Heat Pump and Bulk Curing Barn
The curing quality of tobacco leaves was studied in the air source heat pump to reduce the cost of tobacco curing,improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,save energy and improve the efficiency of tobacco baking.The results showed that compared with bulk curing barn,the overall appearance quality is better,the leaf chemical quality was improved to a certain degree,taste is better,the number of aroma matter is much more,the growth of proportion of superior tobacco reached 62.67%,and heat pump bulk curing barn had the advantages of environment protection,lower parching cost and labor intensity,and the energy decline range reached 27.1%.It has extension potentiality and exploriation future.
