小麦分子育种研究进展Ⅱ.与小麦品质相关的功能基因

随着小麦相关近缘种以及不同基因组测序的完成,运用各类分子技术对小麦相关功能基因进行定位、克隆和应用,对于改良小麦有着举足轻重的作用.继小麦抗逆性研究取得较大进展以来,小麦品质育种越来越受到广泛关注,相应功能基因的研究也取得了重要进展.对与小麦磨粉品质、加工品质、营养品质及淀粉品质改良相关的功能基因所取得的研究进展进行综述,并提出展望,为进一步进行小麦品质相关基因的深入研究和分子育种奠定坚实的理论基础.
Advances on the Wheat Molecular Breeding Ⅱ.Functional Genes of Wheat Grain Quality
With the completion of genome sequencing on wheat and its closely related species,molecular techniques about mapping,clone and application of functional genes played important roles in wheat genetic improvement.The grain quality breeding and the relational functional genes had been attracted more and more attentions since great progress had been made in the wheat resistance genes.In this paper,research progresses in wheat functional genes associated with the flour quality,processing quality,nutritional quality as well as some genes ralted to starch were well reviewed,and some new outlooks were also proposed.This review will provide a theoretical basis for further functional analysis of quality and molecular breeding.
