液体菌种栽培食用菌关键技术应用探析

液体菌种技术推动了我国食用菌产业的变革,逐渐成为食用菌栽培领域的主导技术.在技术推广实践中,发现多数食用菌栽培者虽然采用了液体菌种,但仍然延续使用固体菌种的栽培管理方法,存在许多技术缺陷,没有发挥液体菌种的优势,针对液体菌种制作、污染判定及控制、菌丝生理成熟度把握、栽培料水分控制、栽培料物态控制等关键技术环节,指出常见误区并提出正确的技术方案.
Analysis of Key Techniques Using Liquid Spawn to Cultivate Edible Fungi
Liquid spawn technology has promoted the edible fungi industry reform in our country,and it will become the dominant technology in the field of edible fungi cultivation.Through practice survey,we found that most edible fungi cultivators still continued the traditional management method of solid strain in the process of using liquid spawn,which had been a lot of mistakes and technical defects,all problems were because they neglected the differences of liquid spawn and solid spawn,so the advantages of liquid spawn had not been developed.In this article,we discussed the liquid spawn cultivation operation and the key technical links,such as liquid spawn preparing,pollution judgement,hypha maturity judgement,culture medium moisture control,culture medium physical state control and so on,analysed the error and gave the correct technical scheme,then cultivators could master the scientific and reasonable methods of application of liquid spawn,so as to guarantee the cultivation success and economic interests.
