高粱幼苗耐盐指标筛选及耐盐性评价

以20份高粱品系为材料,利用隶属函数值法和聚类分析法进行耐盐性分析,旨在对高粱品系苗期的耐盐指标进行筛选及评价,为选育耐盐高粱新品种提供理论基础.结果表明,0.6% NaCl是进行高粱耐盐性鉴定的适宜盐浓度,高粱品系的耐盐指标变幅不同,呈正态分布,变异系数为0.295~0.808.相关分析表明,各指标与平均隶属函数值之间的相关性均达极显著水平.聚类分析将20个高粱品系分成高度耐盐型、耐盐型、中等耐盐型、盐敏感型和高度盐敏感型品种5大类.相对芽长、相对植株鲜质量和相对植株干质量可以作为高粱苗期耐盐程度的鉴定指标.
Selection of Salt Tolerance Indices and Salt Tolerance Evaluation of Various Sorghum at Its Seedling Stages
To screen and evaluate the salt tolerance index of the sorghum lines at seeding period,to provide theoretica foundation for breeding new varieties of sorghum,this study based on 20 sorghum strains,analyzed the salt tolerance of the different sorghum lines with subjection value and cluster analysis.The results showed that 0.6% was the appropriate salt concentration during the process of sorghum salt resistance appraisal,the salt tolerance index range of sorghum strains was different,it presented normal distribution,the coefficient of variation was in the range of 0.295 to 0.808.Correlation analysis indicated that the correlation between the index and the average subjection value reached significant level.The 20 sorghum lines were divided into five categories:highly tolerant type,salt tolerant type,medium tolerant type,salt sensitive and highly salt sensitive by cluster analysis.Relative bud,relative plant fresh weight and relative dry weight can be used as identification indicators in the seedling stage of sorghum.
