Effect of Different Forest Age on Soil Enzyme Activities and Microbial Flora after Opencast Mine Reclamation in Antaibao
To research the effects of different reclamation years on reclaimed soil biological fertility quality, the soil physicochemical properties, soil enzymatic activity and soil microbe were studied in reclaimed soil with different reclamation years in Antaibao large opencast coal mine. The results showed that the soil enzyme activities were different in different reclamation years. The soil enzyme activity of 20 years was better than that of 15,10 years and CK.The effects of different reclamation years on soil microbial quantity and diversity were different. The amounts of soil microbe and diversity of microbial biomass reclaimed 20 years were higher than that of 15,10 years and CK.Vegetation restoration could promote soil ecological fertility and improve soil quality.
