Comparison of Rutin Contents in Different Organs of Chinese Seabuckthorn
The contents of rutin in the roots,stems,leaves and fruits of Chinese seabuckthorn were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5％ phosphoric acid (33 ∶ 67),and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The results showed that the contents of rutin in roots,stems,leaves and fruits were 0.132 1,0.216 3,0.930 2,0.127 0 mg/g,respectively.It will provide theoretical guidance for the further development and utilization of rutin of seabuckthorn.
