小豆新品种晋小豆5号的选育及栽培技术研究

小豆是山西省的主要杂豆之一,其籽粒不仅具有高蛋白、低脂肪的特性,还是人类需要的多种矿物质的来源,越来越受到人们的青睐.但生产上使用的小豆品种,存在着品种杂、产量低、品质差等问题,严重影响了其生产效益,急需选育高产优质的小豆品种.晋小豆5号是山西省农业科学院作物科学研究所选育而成的小豆新品种,2012年通过山西省品种审定委员会认定.该品种具有早熟、抗病、丰产及抗旱性好等优点,适合山西及周边省份栽培种植.新品种的育成和推广应用对发展山西省农业生产、推动农村经济发展和农民致富具有重要作用.
Breeding and Cultivation Technology of New Adzuki Bean Cultivar Jin 5
Adzuki bean is one of the main mixed beans in Shanxi province,which is getting more attention not only because of its high protein and low-fat characteristic,but also because it is a good source for various minerals.However,there are still some problems existing in adzuki beans,such as messy varieties,low yields and poor quality,which seriously affects its production efficiency.Therefore,breeding new varieties with high and good quality is particularly important.A new adzuki bean Jin 5 has been developed and bed by Institute of Crop Sciences,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,which has high yield,good quality and disease resistant characteristics and has been identified by Shanxi Province Committee of Agriculture in 2012.It is suitable to cultivate in Shanxi and its surrounding areas.The new variety can play a role in the development of agricultural production,rural economy and increase of farmers' income in Shanxi province.
