玉米杂交种及其亲本灌浆期棒三叶光合特性差异比较分析

以唐65/昌7-2和PH6WC/PH4CV这2个玉米杂交组合为研究对象,对其灌浆期15d的棒三叶叶片长、宽、面积、叶绿素含量、主要光合参数及水分利用率进行比较分析.结果表明,2个杂交种在叶片长、宽、叶面积以及干质量4个性状上都存在显著或极显著超亲优势;在叶片长度和宽度2个性状上,2个杂交种的棒三叶相较于其亲本均以宽度优势更为显著,其中又以先玉335穗位叶的超亲优势最大.对叶片干质量与叶片杂种优势比较发现,二者并不全吻合,并且有几个叶片在2个性状上杂种优势表现差异还比较大.仅先玉335穗位叶和穗下叶的叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量具有显著的超亲优势外,其余叶片2种叶绿素含量均不具有超亲优势.对叶绿素a/b分析结果显示,相对于亲本,杂交种的叶绿素a/b变化较小,其中,先玉335的叶绿素a/b以穗位叶较大,在3.0左右,另外两叶均在2.0左右;而唐65/昌7-2以穗上叶具有最大值(3.0左右),其余两叶则相对要小(2.0左右).先玉335穗上叶的Pn,Tr,Gs这3个参数和唐65/昌7-2穗位叶的Pn表现为超显性表达模式,而先玉335穗位叶胞间CO2浓度存在负向超显性,其余则为加性或者显性表达模式.进一步对棒三叶水分利用效率分析发现,先玉335的穗位叶和穗下叶水分利用效率较2个亲本显著提高,超亲优势分别为48.04%和38.97%,而穗上叶则为-18.40%;唐65/昌7-2则仅有穗下叶水分利用效率具有超亲优势,达到52.12%,而穗位叶和穗上叶分别表现为偏低亲和偏高亲变化.研究结果可为玉米新种质的创制及杂种优势强的新品种培育积累有价值的材料和信息.
Comparative Analysis of Photosynthetic Charactics Asociated with the Three Ear Leaves at Filling Stage between Hybrid and Its Parants
Two maize hybrid combinations of Tang 65/Chang 7-2 and PH6WC/PH4CV were studied,and the length,width,area,chlorophyll content,main photosynthetic parameters and water use efficiency of the leaves were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the leaf length,width,leaf area and dry quality of the two hybrids were significantly or extremely significantly superior to their parents in leaf length,width,leaf area and dry quality.In terms of leaf length and width,the width dominance of the two hybrids was more significant than that of their parents,among which Xianyu 335 was the most dominant parent.The comparison of leaf dry quality and leaf heterosis showed that both of them were not identical,and some leaves had a larger difference in heterosis in two characters.Only the contents of Chla and Chlb in the ear leaf and the lower leaf of Xianyu 335 had significant overparent dominance,but the chlorophyll contents of the other two leaves had no super parental dominance.The results of Chla/Chlb ratio analysis showed that the Chla/Chlb ratio of hybrids had little change compared with their parents,among which,the Chla/Chlb ratio of Xianyu 335 was larger in panicle leaves.At about 3.0,the other two leaves were about 2.0.Tang 65/Chang 7-2 had a maximum value of 3.0 in the upper ear leaf,and the other two leaves were about 2.0.The 3 parameters ofPn,Tr and Gs on the superior leaves of Xianyn 335 and the Pn expression of the ear leaves of Tang 65/Chang 7-2 were over dominant expression patterns,while the Ci of the superior leaves of Xianyu 335 was negative super dominant,while the others were additive or dominant expression patterns.Further analysis of the water use efficiency of the three ear leaves showed that,the WUE of ear leaf and inferior leaf of Xianyu 335 was significantly higher than that of two parents,the OPH was 48.04% and 38.97%,respectively,while the WUE of the superior leaf was-18.40%.Tang 65/Chang 7-2 had the OPH only in the inferior leaf WUE,which reached 52.12%,the changes of ear leaf and superior leaf were lower and higher affinity respectively.These results have accumulated valuable materials and information for the creation of new maize germplasm and the breeding of new varieties with strong heterosis.
