混合盐胁迫对蒲公英种子萌发的影响

为了探讨不同混合盐胁迫对蒲公英种子萌发的影响,以蒲公英种子为试验材料,配制4种由不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3、Na2CO3 组成的混合盐,其配比分别为 1∶1∶0∶0(YA,pH=7。20)、1∶2∶1∶0(YB,pH=8。03)、1∶9∶9∶1(YC,pH=8。90)、1∶1∶1∶1(YD,pH=9。63),每种混合盐设置 5个浓度梯度(25、50、100、150、200 mmol/L),以蒸馏水为对照(CK),利用不同类型混合盐溶液模拟混合盐碱土壤条件对蒲公英种子进行盐碱胁迫处理,分析蒲公英种子在碱性盐胁迫下的萌发情况和变化规律。结果显示,在混合盐胁迫条件下,多数种子萌发会受到一定程度的负面影响,同一种混合盐时,随着盐浓度不断升高,种子发芽率明显降低;4种混合盐均在浓度为 25 mmol/L时,种子复水后恢复萌发率较高,最终发芽率与CK间差异不显著;同一pH值下,随着盐胁迫浓度升高,恢复萌发率和最终发芽率均有不同程度降低;高pH值的YC、YD处理,盐浓度高于50 mmol/L时,种子难以发芽;YD组对种子发芽的抑制作用相对较强,盐浓度高于100 mmol/L后超过1/2的种子失活。混合盐溶液浓度、pH值以及二者的交互作用均对种子的各项萌发参数表现出极显著影响。湿地环境中的混合盐碱胁迫较单一盐胁迫对植物的毒害作用更强且不可避免,从植物种子生长初期进行盐胁迫培养,增强其对盐碱的耐受潜力,可为人工修复盐碱地提供新的可行途径。
Effects of Mixed Saline Stress on Seed Germination of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz
In order to explore the effects of different mixed salt stress on germination of dandelion(Taraxacum mongoli-cum Hand-Mazz)seeds,in this study,dandelion seeds were used as experimental materials,and four mixed salts composed of different concentrations of NaCl(pH=7.20),Na2SO4(pH=8.03),NaHCO3(pH=8.90),and Na2CO3(pH=9.63)were prepared.The concentration ratios of the four salts in the mixed salt were 1∶1∶0∶0(YA),1∶2∶1∶0(YB),1∶9∶9∶1(YC),and 1:1∶1∶1(YD),respectively.Five concentration gradients(25,50 100 150,and 200 mmol/L)were set for each mixed salt,and distilled water was used as the control(CK).Different types of mixed salt solutions were used to simulate the mixed saline-alkali soil con-ditions for the saline-alkali stress treatment of dandelion seeds,and germination and variation of dandelion seeds under alkaline salt stress were analyzed.The results showed that germination of most seeds was negatively affected to a certain extent under mixed salt stress.Under the same mixed salt,the germination rate of seeds decreased significantly with the increase of salt con-centration.When the concentration of the four mixed salts was 25 mmol/L,the seed recovery germination rate was higher after rehydration,and the final germination rate was not significantly different from that of CK.At the same pH value,both the re-covery germination rate and the final germination rate decreased to varying degrees with the increase of salt stress concentration.Under the treatments of YC and YD with high pH values,when the salt concentration was higher than 50 mmol/L,seeds could not germinate.The YD group had a relatively strong inhibitory effect on seed germination,and more than half of the seeds were inactive when the salt concentration was higher than 100 mmol/L.The concentration of the mixed salt solution,pH value,and the interaction between the two,had a significant effect on various germination parameters of seeds.The mixed salt alkali stress in wetland environments had a stronger and inevitable toxic effect on plants than single salt stress.Cultivation of plant seeds under salt stress at the early growth stage could enhance the tolerance to salt alkali and provide a new feasible ap-proach for artificial restoration of saline alkali land.
