New-quality productivity is a brand-new theory of developing advanced productivity put forward by Xi Jinping,who is closely linked with the development of science and technology in China and the world with a far-sighted political vision,and based on the primary task of China's high-quality development on the new journey and the historical mission of Chinese modernization.Its theory is rooted in the productivity ideas of classic Marxist writers.The difficult history of modern China and the Party's century-long struggle to liberate and develop productivity have provided it with historical experience,and the inevitable requirement of promoting high-quality development on the new journey has become its driving force for development.The three basic elements of a new-quality workforce are a new-quality workforce with scientific and technological innovation skills,a new-quality workforce with scientific and technological materials and a new-quality workforce with green environmental protection as a backdrop.Therefore,to promote the formation and development of new high-quality productivity,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of human resources and cultivate new high-quality labor talents;Accelerate scientific and technological innovation and research and development of new quality labor tools;the concept of green development will be practiced and new quality labor objects will be optimized.
