During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the CPC attached great importance to the work of youthful people and especially made them an essential part of the united front against Japanese aggression.From 1939 to 1943,the Party Committee of Taihang District invariably followed the relevant instructions of the Central Committee and combined with the laws of the youth movement from the three dimensions of"war,production and education",relying on the Youth Salvation Association and the Youth Anti-Japanese Vanguard to carry out activities.Taihang District Party Committee has achieved the goal of extensively mobilizing young people of all classes by adopting measures that adhere to the Party's unified leadership,stimulate the initiative of young people themselves,and combine"bottom-up"and"top-down"measures.
