Since the 1980s,China's Internet industry has grown rapidly in the context of the world's interconnectedness,and cybercrime cases have continued to emerge as one of the security issues that have attracted a lot of attention in recent years.Cybercrime has undergone a transformation from"objectification of computer information system crime"to"instrumental of cybercrime"and the"spatial of cybercrime",and has gradually formed a virtual crime field independent of the actual society.Under the new characteristics and new trends of changes in the national security situation,it is necessary to adhere to the overall national security concept,grasp the essential position of network security in the national security system in the new era,respond in a timely,effective and correct manner to the current urgent need to curb cybercrime,build a criminal legal system to ensure network security under the guidance of the basic security policy of the overall national security concept,and correctly coordinate the tension between scientific and technological innovation and network security.Strengthen the construction of technical prevention and control systems,and ultimately serve the solution of current development problems of cybercrime in the current era.
