Abstract
The emergence and development of ceramics have witnessed the Chinese nation's 10,000 years of cultural history and more than 5000 years of civilization,vividly reflecting the"five prominent characteristics"of Chinese civilization,which are continuity,innovation,unity,inclusiveness,and peace.This article summarizes the cultural characteristics of ceramic art into five dimensions:"understanding the art and reasoning","distinguishing objects and understanding the meaning","recognizing patterns and meanings","admiring virtue in observing objects",and"Building cultural confidence of the ceramic road",and further refining its rich contemporary value.It is very important to tell the story of Chinese ceramics well,carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture,enhance cultural consciousness and cultural confidence,and maintain the spiritual lifeblood of the Chinese nation.
